Patricia Rinner

November 2, 1936 — June 10, 2022

Cadiz

Patricia Eileen Fuller Rinner was born to William Vernon "Vern" Fuller and Margaret Elizabeth Siefkas Fuller on November 2, 1936 on a farm south of Murray, Iowa. She passed away after a decade long battle with Vascular Dementia, with family by her side. Surviving Patricia is Gerald (brother), June (sister), Thomas  (son), Beverly (daughter), Robyn (daughter, Barb), Marilyn Todd (daughter), Neal (grandson), Joel (grandson), Zoe (granddaughter) and Clark (grandson). She is proceeded to Heaven by Robert (brother), Mildred (sister), Irene (sister), Raymond (son) and husband Richard Dean Rinner.

To those who knew her, Patricia Rinner was a force of nature. She had a pet sheep as a child, and helped to take care of the family farm. She played softball, and as a senior in high school, she subbed in for the teacher of her future husband’s class. Patricia went on to earn two bachelors in college, married her high school sweetheart on February 6, 1956 and moved to Germany to accompany Dean while he was an Airborne in the Army. Thomas was born in Germany, but they returned to the States as soon as he was old enough to travel. Patricia and Dean would explore many different states with their growing family before settling down in Medina, Ohio. Patricia explored more than one career. She was a teacher, and taught different grades in the public schools. She was a librarian, in the public schools and at Medina Public Library. She was a real estate agent and a top seller with Reality One. She loved to travel, and traveled often with Dean. They rode motorcycles in poker runs, took trips to Canada in their boat, and flew to places like Cancun, Mexico and Hawaii with family and friends. Patricia was also known for her crochet blankets that she gave as gifts, made with the double-sided, wooden hooks Dean made for her.

Family is taking the ashes of Patricia Eileen Rinner (Fuller) and Richard Dean Rinner to the family plot in Murray, Iowa. Dean will be buried next to Raymond (their infant son) and Patricia has asked that her ashes be spread over her husband and her son’s final resting places.
