Obituary
Helen Virginia Burgins, 74, of Steubenville, formerly of Cadiz, passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at Valley Hospice Center North, Steubenville, Ohio. She was born July 2, 1948 in Cadiz, Ohio a daughter of the late David P. and Helen L. Banks Freeman.
She was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Burgins; and 2 sisters: Jackie Busby and Millie Johnson.
Surviving are her daughter, Rachel Burgins of Steubenville; 2 grandchildren and great grandchildren; 2 brothers: Clyde Lester (Carmen) Banks and Robert N. (Kelly) Banks all of Cadiz; and several nieces and nephews.
A private service was held. The family is being assisted by Clark-Kirkland-Barr Funeral Home, 172 South Main Street, Cadiz, Ohio.
