Esther Eberhart

Esther Eberhart, 96 1/2, of Cadiz died Friday at the home of her son in Cadiz. She was born December 19, 1917 in Nottingham Twp., Harrison County, Ohio, a daughter of the late Sherman and Jennie Hamilton McKibben. Mrs. Eberhart was a member of Nottingham Presbyterian Church and was a retired housekeeper in the Cadiz area. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Willard Eberhart in 1977; a son Craig Eberhart; a granddaughter, Sherry Eberhart; two brothers, Sherman and Ernie McKibben; two sisters, Helen Wells and Fern Goulden; a son-in-law, Charles LaPorte; and a daughter-in-law, Bonnie Eberhart Surviving are three sons, Donald Eberhart, Ronald (Patricia) Eberhart and Gary (Bev O'Hara) Eberhart, all of Cadiz; two daughters, Patricia LaPorte of New Philadelphia and Peggy (Tom) Hanna of Vermillion, OH; ten grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; ten great great grandchildren; and a loving caregiver, Nira Richards of Cadiz. Friends may call Tuesday, 3-7 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor James McConnell officiating.
