Donnie-Sue McMillion Bower, 44, of Cadiz, passed away on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 in the Emergency Room at Harrison Community-Wheeling Hospital in Cadiz. Donnie was born September 18, 1978 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, a daughter of Donnie McMillion and Bonnie Sue Hanson.
She was a housewife and mom.
Surviving are her 2 sons: Frederick Ryan Bower of Powhatan Point, Ohio and Zachary Ryan McNutt of Cadiz; a daughter, Jenna Marie McNutt of Martins Ferry, Ohio; 4 grandchildren: Shaun, Ezekiel, Ophelia and Isabella; 4 siblings: Juanita (Ben) Tucker of Adena, Michael Lee McMillion of Cadiz, Bobby Erwin Frazier, Jr. of Zanesville and David Alan Frazier of St. Clairsville; and her significant other, Ryan McNutt of Cadiz, Ohio
Calling hours will be held on Monday, April 3, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until time of her funeral service at 12:00 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland-Barr Funeral Home, 172 South Main Street, Cadiz with Rev. Ed Kovacik officiating. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
