Helen Gatto, 88, Cadiz, died Tuesday, July 31, 2007 at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh. She was born July 4, 1919 in Cadiz, Ohio a daughter of the late Dominic and Josephine Schirippa Gatto. She was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church in Cadiz and a retired Medical Assistant and a retired Federal Program Manager. She was preceded, in death in addition to her parents, by two brothers: James and William Gatto; and a sister, Lucille Bernhard. She is survived by several nieces and nephews, and by her beloved Sissy. At her request there will be no visitation. Graveside service will be held Saturday, August 4, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Thomas Vennitti officiating in the Cadiz Union Cemetery. Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz in charge of arrangements. The memorial guestbook may be signed at www.clark-kirkland.com.
