Connie Wheeler

Connie L. Wheeler, 58, of Cadiz, died Monday, June 30, 2014 at her home. She was born February 6, 1956 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a daughter of Rhoda Strother Christian of Cadiz and the late Clarence Christian. Connie was a cook at the Alameda Inn in Hopedale and Vickie's Place in Cadiz and a former employee of Shurfast in Cadiz. She was an avid reader and a loving grandmother. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Wheeler in 2006. Surviving, in addition to her mother, are a daughter, Bianka (Terrence) Frey of Duquesne, PA; a son, Brandon Crawford of Steubenville; a grandson, Terrence James Frey; and a brother, Mark (Roberta) Christian of Gainesville, FL;w several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
